Hello Tomorrow Pakistan 2015: Startups Contest To Win €170,000

The French Embassy in Pakistan has officially launched “Hello Tomorrow Challenge in Pakistan”, a contest which invites innovative startups from all over Pakistan to participate and win hefty prizes. In the past, the French government has invested millions in the energy and mobile sector in Pakistan. Hello Tomorrow Pakistan is yet another endeavor by the French government to initiate a new era of technological advancement and business development in Pakistan.

The event was kicked-off in a graceful inauguration ceremony at the French embassy in Islamabad. French Ambassador to Pakistan, Mr. Martine Dorance, CEO Nayatel and Somerset Capital Holding were among the numerous dignitaries present at the ceremony. More than 60 businesses experts, entrepreneurs from various fields of technology and innovation took part in the ceremony.

Hello Tomorrow Pakistan 2015 calls for startups to contest in this challenge. The preferred domains are Energy and environment, food and agriculture, transport and mobility, materials and manufacturing, healthcare, Bid Data, Augmented Reality and information technologies. The French Embassy announced in a statement that it will give €170 000 prize money to the winners of this contest.

The Grand Finale of Hello Tomorrow challenge will be held on June 26, 2015 in Paris. 30 best startups from all over the world will be present in the final contest. The French government is conducting this event in more than 80 countries to promote creativity, excellence and technological awareness.
