The users can browse the stores and access corresponding websites via the app. The creators behind the app aim to facilitate online shopping in Pakistan and help users find quality products easily.
While hundreds of e-commerce portals are available now in the country, there is hardly any central platform that can help consumers track all these websites. And this is where Shop Online Pakistan jumps into the game.
You can browse the list of all online stores available in Pakistan and be directed to their respective websites once you click on them. You can also browse these stores according to different categories like electronics, clothing, books, shoes, accessories etc. This feature makes online shopping very convenient for those who are new to it.
The app can earn money via in-app advertising, selling ad space to e-commerce ventures in Pakistan.
However, the app seems to be an amateur project and lacks basic design aesthetics. It also needs to add more features like customer ratings and reviews of these online stores so that the users can find it more useful.
Currently it has listed down 75 online stores in its app but it needs to be more transparent about the criteria it uses for their selection. It really needs to revamp itself if it wants to pose any danger to the competition.
