Shama Zehra begins a kickstarter campaign for a travel social network ‘Jetzy’

A talented Pakistan woman, Shama Zehra, has recently launched a kickstarter campaign for her innovative app ‘Jetzy’ for travel enthusiasts globally. It is the world’s first real time geo-location based app co-founded by Shama and Ty, who is also a veteran in the travel industry and an esteemed travel expert.

Shama Zehra: The entrepreneur

Before moving to United States, Shama had a tremendous career path in Pakistan. At a very young age she had entrepreneurship flair as she started her women apparel business. Once the business was developed, she later sold it and embarked on a new journey of wealth management at Standard Chartered Bank.

Later, she got the opportunity to receive her second MBA degree in Finance and Strategy from Michigan Ross School. Her expertise was put into practice when she gained extensive exposure at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Her achievements have been acknowledged by Forbes, Crain’s magazine and other renowned publications. Apart from other accomplishments, she has successfully established numerous businesses in the field of Finance, Fashion and Technology.

Her most recent milestone is Aligned Independent investors, a boutique independent advisory firm. Its advisory process provides tailor made solutions to its clients in order to match their needs.

What is Jetzy all about?

Being a passionate traveller herself, Shama was always on the outlook to develop something innovative in the field of travel. Fortunately, she got the idea of Jetzy which is a social network for travellers that fosters experiences amongst various travel loyalists.
