According to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), there has been a substantial increment in the number of 3G and 4G users in Pakistan. At the end of February 2022, the number of 3G and 4G users had been recorded at 111.38 million. However, in only a month’s time i.e. by the end of March 2022, the number has surged to 113.11 million. There has been an increase of 1.73 million users in just one month.
On the other hand, the number of mobile users in the country documented at the end of February 2022, was 191.63 million. However, the number has also climbed up to reach 193.42 million by the end of March 2022. During the course of one month, a surge of 1.79 million was recorded in the number of mobile subscribers.
