According to Ayesha Umer also known as ‘Khoobsurat,’ famous actress from one of Pakistan’s comical play Bulbulay, believes that there are two kinds of people on earth. One such category of people is who lives to eat while another classification is about individuals who eats to live. In a fair confession, she falls in the second class. So do I. What about you?
7Up is one of the leading liquid brands in the country and the trend of having 7Up over the past few years has changed. One of the primary reasons is the presentation and notions through which 7Up portrays and exhibits their adverts. For the past 3 years, 7Up has been celebrating the love for food but recently they conducted one activity where they took the movement one ladder up.
This year three foodies from all walks of life were given a fair chance to have their innovative and yummilicious food creations put up on the billboards all across Pakistan. In all fairness, this was a brilliant yet unique notion from 7Up to involve people from different walks of life to involve them in this exceptional activity.
7Up conducted an activity earlier in Karachi where three foodies namely Madiha Hameed (Blogger), Kiran Afzaal (Foodie) and Ayesha Umer (Actress) were chosen to showcase their hidden talent of cooking. However, they were initially asked to speak a bit about why they consider themselves foodies in the first place.
There were some classical responses from all three ladies about the question asked. Actress Ayesha Umer confessed that she lives to eat and fish is her favorite food and she was also looking to prepare fish for the activity. Blogger Madiha Hameed was also excited and looking forward primarily due to the presentation of the food. She was preparing mouth-watering Prawn Masala for the activity. Foodie Kiran Afzaal enjoys cooking because she loves food and cooking and it gives her immense pleasure to cook food for his family. She chose to prepare Chicken Karahi that looked extremely delicious.
However, one little surprise stunned all three ladies and that was the entry of Chef Saadat who was particularly involved in the activity to collaborate with all three Chefs and to assist them in making lovely dishes. Lemon, thin slices of ginger and plenty other ingredients were added in the main dishes. You would be super thrilled to watch behind the scenes activities and slightly envious too:

These dishes will now be featured on the billboards all across the country in collaboration with 7Up and the names of individuals who helped in preparing some classy dishes. Moreover, 7Up has achieved an impressive and relatively big milestone after they involved YOU, general public, in its bill board activity. This is also the first time that any brand has given over the charge to ordinary people and this is indeed impressive.
