One of the reasons why Samsung announced this very news in Turkey rather than any other city is the fact that Turkey is receiving Samsung’s first update. Likewise, it is an indication that Android 8.0 Oreo update might first come to Turkey at the start of next year. Later, Samsung will start rolling out this update to other countries.
