Step 4

If the codes are entered correctmy you will see the screen below. This is the IRIS dashboard from where one can carry out the various tax-related activities. In the top right hand corner, you will see the text ‘NAME WILL SHOW HERE’. As I am already registered it shows my name, but if you are registering for the first time, your name will not appear here until you complete step 5.

Step 5

Looking at the image above, in the top left corner you will see a ‘Draft’ tab. If you click on it, it will show a file named ‘Form of Registration’. If you click on the file name, in the top left will give you an edit and delete option. Clicking the ‘edit’ button will open up a new page showing 5 tabs. The ‘Personal’ tab will show personal details pulled from the NADRA database using the CNIC provided in step 2.

If you want to add another address you can click the ‘Property’ tab and enter the details there. This is handy if you are not residing at the address on your CNIC. It should be noted that adding an additional address will bear no impact on your wealth statement, this address is for correspondence only

Step 6

Once you have added a property (or chosen not to) you can click submit tab. The file moves from the ‘Draft’ tab to ‘Completed’ tab on the main dashboard. Your name should now show on the top right, if for some reason it doesn’t, this should fix if you logout and log back in again.

In the main dashboard you will also now notice that apart from options to change your PIN and other details, there is a tab to download a certificate to show are NTN registered with the FBR.
