PTCL broadband would be the top choice based on the elements reviewed. Nayatel does provide the best service however it is an expensive option and has extremely limited coverage.

The deciding factor for many people is how quickly they can get problems with their network resolved. While PTCL may seem to have the best coverage, this also means their customer service and IT teams are inundated with issues, and thus take longer to respond. While you can always call and leave an automated complaint, by opting to talk to a customer service representative on the phone can often mean a 10-15 minutes wait in line, and then getting passed from person to person as they try and understand the issue. PTCL could definitely use a better customer service management system (possibly, via app or website) that allows for quicker facilitation of problems.
