Indian petition turned down by White House due to fake signatures

Due to the warm cross-border relation between Pakistan and India, many people from both sides of the country propelled an appeal against each other using the White House petition site. However, Indian petition has been turned down by White House due to fraudulent and fake signatures.

The White House is required to respond within 60 days once the appeal is signed by 100,000 individuals within a month.

Indian petition

On 21st September, Indians pushed their cause “We the People ask the Administration to declare Pakistan, State Sponsor of Terrorism.”

This cause gathered support in no time completing the minimum requirement within a week. Despite the high population in India, it gathered 642,541 signatures only. But it turned out to be a fake.

Indian petition has been archived by the website as it could not fulfill the requirements of the platform’s signature guideline. As a result, the appeal has been blocked and no one can sign it any longer. In spite reaching the minimum requirement, there are no comments on whether the petition has been turned down or not.

After thorough research it is said that in order to get a response, Indian supporters faked most of the signatures through different email addresses and by changing their IP addresses. This deceitful action was caught by picking the term “We the People” and it reacted by turning down the appeal. It resulted in a global insult for India as it was also making a big hustle out of the increasing fake support it got for its petition.

Pakistanis petition

On 27th September, Pakistanis also initiated a petition against India. Stating “Republic of India is involved in spreading terrorism in Pakistan and should be declared a terrorist state for this.” 87,055 people have already signed the petition at the time of writing this.

The appeal explains that India is organizing terrorism in Balochistan and FATA is a clear indication against the Indian denial of the intermediary war. An agent of an Indian organization Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) declared that he is a serving Commander in Indian Navy. He has been working as an intelligence agent working on sabotage mission. He also gave vital information to declare India as a terrorist state accepting the aides given to TTP, Al-Qaida and ISIS.

Petition in British Parliament

Indians as well as Pakistani Kashmiris have also launched an appeal in the British parliament against each other.

Moreover, Sikhs from Indian Punjab have achieved their goal of 100,000 of their appeal which they filed at US website. This petition was in support of Khalistan, a new country between Pakistan and India.

Whereas Pakistani Kashmiris petition in British parliament was to ask for support against Indian terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir.

Minimum 10,000 signatures are required for this petition which is open until 21st January 2017. You can sign it here. If this petition achieves its target of getting 10,000 signatures, British parliament will respond to it.
