It appears that it was a well-thought strategic move by Asani to spend heavy on commercial marketing as soon as it launched so that it could attract the big guns like OLX. And as it turns out, the giant C2C company OLX Pakistan has decided to eat the smaller dog before it could even threaten its very existence. Yes folks, Asani has gotten acquired by OLX.
The amount of takeover is not yet disclosed. Asani’s own website has revealed the news though.
