Pakistan Post is all geared up to make a comeback with a fresh operational strategy. Under the private-public partnership, they are ready to initiate mobile money transfer service for all its users.
As per the officials, Pakistan Post is intending to go digital. The organization is looking forward to congregate all its postal money transfer services into the newest and modern digital system which is supposedly going to meet all the international standards. The new scheme of services will feature:
- International remittances
- Mobile applications
- Poverty alleviation schemes
- Wallet cards

In addition to taking the highway for the mobile money transfer initiative, the department is also in process to launch a logistic service. Pakistan Post has already setup a logistics company, POSTLOG. The idea of the company is to provide modern technology based logistic services to the general public of Pakistan.
For the automation of post offices, the company is currently in talks with Korea Post and the work is under progress. The project will have to go through three different phase to get completed.
As can be witnessed through the already made development in this regard, the organization less known for any innovation in its services is all out meaning business this time around. In the urban regions, a handful 31 Small & Smart Express Centres have already been established. Moreover, Express Mail Track & Trace System (EMTTS) is now available at 83 General Post Offices (GPOs) and 50 District Mail Offices.
In addition, the postal company has also formed a call center to resolve the queries of the customers. To ensure prompt and rapid delivery service, Pakistan Post has provided a fairly large count of 1961 motorcycles to postmen.
