In a recent move, Toyota, the automobile giant has launched an online system in Pakistan, called Toyota SURE. The purpose of launching this portal is to buy and sell verified used cars in Pakistan. Toyota SURE will become a serious competitor for PakWheels since it is the most visited site for buying and selling cars.
Initially, Toyota SURE took off with only Toyota cars on board, however, now it is gradually growing and securing different brands on its portal as well. Suzuki, Daihatsu and Honda are being listed in order to make Toyota SURE a center for all second-hand autos in Pakistan.
Toyota SURE Features
Toyota SURE is quite similar to PakWheels but in addition to this, it also provides some other unique features. These features and facilities might help Toyota SURE to draw levels with PakWheels.
To assert its credibility even more, the four main cities of Pakistan; Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Faisalabad have been provided with official dealers of the company.
Toyota SURE site has an extremely easy-to-understand interface. In order to search for a car, you just have to input the brand, model, and variant of the car and you will get your desired results within seconds. Moreover, all these options can be chosen from a drop-down list so you don’t have to type anything anymore.
The price range you want, can also be set by using the slide bar given at the bottom of the drop-down menus.
Toyota SURE also allows customers to exchange their vehicles with new ones. This can be done simply by filling out a form which asks for the details of the car you have and the details of the car you want in exchange, along with some personal details.
Vehicle Certification Process
In order to certify cars, all vehicles have to go through a six step process which ensures the fitness of the car.
1- Toyota Vehicle Inspection
Each vehicle is checked and evaluated on 203 different checkpoints.
2- Experts Certification
After the first step, the cars that meet the requirements of the experts are picked out.
3- 10,000 KMs Warranty
The cars are refurbished with Genuine Toyota Parts and have a 6 month and 10,000 KMs warranty.
4- Up for Display
After the first three steps, the car is put on display at the dealership for sale.
5- Hassle-free Delivery
The cars are delivered to the customers without any problem and hassle.
6- Customer Satisfaction
All of these steps make sure that the car is fit and has no faults in it. This helps in earning customer satisfaction as the cars the company sells are absolutely free from all liabilities.
Toyota SURE does not deal with non-Toyota variants for sourcing. For trade-in, all types of cars are accepted at Toyota SURE.
