Silicon Valley is the southern part of the San Francisco bay area in the US which gets its name “silicon valley” because of the high number of Silicon chip innovators in the area. This name has now become a common name to refer to all the high technology business in that area and has become a global synonym as well. By being selected as an entrepreneur to present her startup there is huge matter of respect for her and for Pakistan.
As per the statement issued by Farooq’s ELN:
“She is the first Pakistani female entrepreneur to be selected to participate in the event, which is sponsored by Google for Entrepreneurs.”
The theme of this edition of Blackbox Connect is “hone their craft of entrepreneurship, amplify their drive and fortify the foundation of their startup”. The selection has been made by Google for Entrepreneur’s network partner.
By her selection in this global event, Sana has made her country very proud and has become an icon for the various youth of our country working to establish their startups.
