You can now see who has read your message in a group chat

No blue tick appears in a group chat. However, if a user is keen to know who has read his message in a group chat then he actually can. The process to discover is to tap and hold the message which you have sent and then click the ‘i’ button on the top (if you are an Android user). In case you are an iPhone user, you need to hit on ‘info’ and WhatsApp will display the names of all the individuals who have read your message.

Users can add some weight to a word in a message by applying different symbols before and after a word. An asterisk (*) would make the word appear in bold while adding underscores (_) makes the text appear italicized. You can also strike off a word by using the tilde (~) symbols.
