In a move first of its kind in Southeast Asia, Google has launched Shopping Ads in Singapore. As a result, images of brand products and information will appear in the search results along with the company’s normal text ads. This has simplified life for the brands by closing their distance to a prospective sale to only one google search away from the reach of the shopper.

All those brands who are utilizing the ads to target Singapore include Decathlon, Mums.sg Zalora and online store Qoo10. It is relevant to state that the Shopping Ads are working like Cost Per Click (CPC) search ads.
