Microsoft has finally decided to launch its Creators Update in April with several new features and upgrades ranging from the basic paint program to advanced privacy tweaks. This new update will be rolled out to the users on 11th April through Windows Update Utility. However, if you are too anxious to wait for it, there is a manual update available as well. Furthermore, you can also get your hands on the latest update by installing Windows 10 through the media creation tool.
Out of all the new features the Windows Creators Update has to offer, following are the top 7:
Game Mode
The new update comes with an exceptional game mode. The function of this game mode is to terminate all the unnecessary background processes and focus solely on the game being played. The result is expected to provide the service it claims.
Paint 3D
Microsoft Paint has always been the default photo editing software for most of the basic users. However, for functions other than cropping and resizing, many users choose other software. Microsoft has reinvented paint with a new name; Paint 3D and as the name suggests, the software now supports 3D manipulation of images. Even though this program will still perform basic operations, the addition of 3D in it gives it a plus point. Now, users can import 3D images, create 3D artwork, and perform many other tasks related to 3D painting.

Night Light
Under the shadow of Apple, Google, and many other developers, Microsoft has also decided to introduce a Night Light feature. This feature performs the task of reducing the blue light emitted from the screen, manually or automatically. The reason behind lowering the blue light is that the wavelength of blue light emitted by the screen prevents people from sleeping and if the emission is reduced towards warmer shades of blue, it might help those users having trouble sleeping at night.
Dynamic Lock
This is a great security feature implemented by Windows. By this feature, the PC connects with your smartphone through Bluetooth signals and functions normally while you are using it. As soon as you go away (with your phone) from the PC, the screen gets locked.
Edge
The edge browser has also been upgraded with a number of new features. A new feature allows you to collect tabs for later browsing. In this way, the load is taken away from the PC while the webpage is not lost. Also, edge finally supports Microsoft Wallet for online transactions.

Start menu folders
The start menu has always been customized in different ways through different updates. The new update lets you organize the start menu “icons” in different folders. In this way, the space is conserved through arranging icons in one folder rather than letting them roam freely in the start menu. Moreover, it takes up all the space and making the menu look like a big mesh of icons.
Greater Privacy
The new update has also focused on giving more privacy to the users. Before the update, different data was collected from the user and sent to Microsoft. But now, only the most useful data is collected in order to get help in resolving bugs and problems. Users can choose from a range of data types to be sent to Microsoft. The Home and Pro users of windows will have this privacy advantage but the same cannot be said for enterprise users.
