TPL Trakker and SIM4 (a startup incubated at Teamup) have collaborated to provide top-notch, high quality and reasonable mobile communication services to both Pakistani residents and non-residents.
The company did not disclose in-depth details. However, it can be safely stated that the venture will be offering collection of services to all the Pakistanis who are residing out of the country and to those non-resident Pakistanis who will be in the country for a brief stay.

The partnership between the two companies may offer the following services:
- Cost-effective communication (roaming services at the lowest possible charges)
- Financial facilities
- Local business directory
- Other miscellaneous help to those non-residents who visit Pakistan for a short time
According to the official press release of the company, this is going to be the first-of-its-kind offerings in Pakistan. However, it is relevant to mention that mobile communication services are still waiting for regulatory approvals.

Chief Executive Officer of TPL Trakker, Ali Jameel and Director of SIM4, Parvez Abbasi were present at the time of inking the deal.
Speaking on the partnership, Ali Jameel stated:

This collaboration will further strengthen our position in the technology & communications industry. We envision that TPL Mobile will enable Pakistani diaspora to stay connected with their friends and family conveniently”

Parvez Abbasi also expressed his satisfaction. While stating his thoughts, he said:
“We are delighted to partner with TPL Trakker Limited. We believe the partnership will allow TPL Mobile to provide innovative and high quality mobile communication services to specific niche markets within approved government regulatory frameworks”
Once the executives of both the companies completed the paper formalities, they announced the joint venture.
